**Return Policy**

At Gem Galaxy, we take great pride in the quality of our crystals and products, and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please carefully read our return policy below:

**Faulty Products Only:** Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items.
**Time Frame:** All returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept any returns or offer refunds.
**How to Return:** If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within the 10-day window, providing your order number and a description of the issue. We ask for photographs of the damaged product.
**Refund or Replacement:** Once we confirm that the product is faulty, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on stock availability and your preference.
**Non-refundable Items:** Please note that we do not accept returns on non-faulty products or if the 10-day window has passed.
